In order to ensure the execution of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On additional measures to assist in the employment of graduates of higher education institutions"

On December 5, a practical seminar of the "A Step to the Future" project was held at the Tashkent Institute of Textile and Light Industry on the topic "Start Your Own Business" under the motto "Entrepreneur is a Helper to the People."

At the seminar, held in cooperation with the National Bank of Uzbekistan Joint Stock Company, the ongoing work to accelerate the integration of graduates into the labor market, create conditions for applying their professional skills in practice, ensure youth employment by expanding entrepreneurial activity and creating new jobs, as well as the opportunities created within the framework of the "A Step to the Future" project in this regard, were explained through live examples.

The speakers included Bakhtiyor Nasimov, First Vice-Rector of the Tashkent Institute of Textile and Light Industry, Bekhruz Ostonov, Deputy Director of the "A Step to the Future" Center, and Azim Ilhomov, Head of the Center's Department, as well as Ibrohimkhon Juraev, Project Manager of the Sergeli branch of the National Bank, who is the employee assigned to the institute.

At the event, Nurali Khakimov, Director of "SOF MEGA TEKSTIL" Limited Liability Company, spoke about starting a business and organizing effective work in it, while Surkhonbek Khujamurodov, an institute graduate, told the students about his business plan, which is planned to be launched with 500 million sums within the framework of the "A Step to the Future" project.

Furthermore, Rustam Hikmatullaev, a leader of the Youth Academy and a Master's degree holder from the institute, presented a special BOT created for the "A Step to the Future" project and provided participants with detailed information about its capabilities and usage procedure.
